I was inspired to make this lifestyle planner + bullet journal when I realized I needed to take control of my life and focus on all aspects of my life– mentally, emotionally, physically and nutritionally. There’s no doubt that in 2018, I lost myself for a brief moment and I am so excited to have this planner to help steer me in the right direction!
