Hi teachers,
This free poster was designed with you and your students in mind. It features a variety of different languages symbolizing togetherness… because truly, together is the only way. I’m frustrated and stressed out about the state of the US right now. I’m horrified that people (some teachers included) do not see the severity of the actions that took place at the Capitol on January 6, 2020. Change is long overdue and it can’t happen until everyone acknowledges their part.
Even if I don’t post every single thing I do on social media, I can assure you that my wife and I are continuing to do everything we can to help make that change happen.
To quote the sign in our front lawn, we believe:
- Black Lives Matter
- Love is love
- Science is real
- BIPOC voices deserve to be heard
- No human is illegal
- Diversity makes us stronger
- Respect pronouns
- Feminism is for everyone
